We have practical experience, knowledge of dogs and first aid. We do however have the right to refuse to work with very difficult/aggressive dog(s) with behavioural issues. We will endeavour to do everything within our power and experience to overcome issues but on rare occasions it may be so that we cannot continue with our services for the safety of staff and the dog(s) Please notify us if your dog(s) has bitten a person previously or since their last groom so staff can be aware and take the necessary measures for safety.

We are unable to groom a pregnant or in season bitch. Should your bitch come into season during the time of a pre-booked appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can reschedule and offer the appointment to another dog.

We take the utmost care of your dog(s) whilst grooming, we use professional products and equipment which is sanitised between each groom to keep your dog(s) safe. The salon is deep cleaned daily, however we cannot be held responsible if your dog(s) contracts fleas, other pests or diseases as they can be contracted from other environments.

We carry out an external health check at no extra cost to examine for lumps, bumps, infections etc during the grooming process. Any findings will be discussed with the owner, however we are not veterinarians and it is not our responsibility but the owners to consult their own vet in these cases. We will simply bring issues to your attention.

We are covered by public liability insurance but this does not cover owners to stay with their dog(s) during the grooming process. If the owner had an accident on site they would not be covered for insurance purposes.

Please advise before the groom proceeds if your dog(s) have any new health issues so we can handle accordingly.

Please give at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel so we can return your deposit. Should you not notify us within 24 hours your deposit is not refundable.

For safety reasons all grooms are recorded by CCTV. We take before, during and after photographs for your enjoyment. Please notify us if you do not wish for your dog(s) to appear on social media. Photographs will not be used without your permission but on signing this contract you agree to such.

Please note it may be required to allow your dog a comfort break if necessary outside of the salon. Dogs will always be on a lead if this process is needed. If you do not wish for your dog(s) to leave the premises other than to be returned to the owner, please make sure you dog(s) have been able to eliminate before the appointment.

By signing it is understood that you agree to these policies and contracts.
